In this note first we define the notions of
(weak) maximal hyper $K$-ideal, (weak) obstinate hyper $K$-ideals
of types 1-4 and give some examples of these notions. Then we
state and prove some theorems which determine the relationship
between these notions and  the other hyper $K$-ideals under some
suitable conditions.
