The aim of this paper is to study some properties 

of the feasible set associated with a consistent system 

defined on a locally convex space. The consequences \ of 

the boundedness and some aspects of the dimension of 

feasible set\ \ have been analyzed. Moreover, the 

differences\ between the finite dimensional and the 

infinite dimensional cases have been shown through 

illustrative examples\bigskip .
