In this paper, we establish primitive recursive analogues 
of certain regular cardinals including the least weakly 
inaccessible cardinal.  
In order to embody our ideas, we utilize certain ordinal 
representation systems, which are based on the ideas of 
M.Rathjen and W.Buchholz.
