In this paper, we introduce the concept of fuzzy
deductive systems of HS-algebras, i.e.
Hilbert algebras with the additional multiplication distributive 
with respect to the basic operation, 
and investigate some related properties. 
Moreover, we provide characterizations of Noetherian HS-algebra 
in term of fuzzy deductive systems.
