Through the application a suitable version
of Noether's theorem to the composite variational principle, 
a new method was investigated
for the derivation of conserved quantities 
for second order differential system.
In this article, the variables provided 
for  higher order differential system
are arranged to convert the system 
into the second order one.
And then the method is applied effectively to construct
conserved quantities of the higher order differential system.
