In this article the notion of weak mutual associativity (w.m.a.) 
and the necessary and sufficient condition for a $(L,\Gamma)$-associated hypersemigroup 
$(H, \ast)$ derived from some family of $\lesssim$-preordered semigroups 
to be a hypergroup, are given.
